Internship Syllabus

Program Description: This is a 35-week program designed to help develop you for Christian ministry (volunteer or professional). The internship will be a combination of learning and doing, focusing on the personal and professional aspects of genuine godly leadership for our emerging generation.

Program Objectives and Aims: The aim of the Re:Hope internship Program is to intentionally develop people in Character and Core ministry skills. We desire to see spiritual, personal, and professional growth.

Program Expectations: We expect that you will treat this as a job with all the responsibility and commitment thereof. Here is a list of our expectations (and some of what you can expect from us):

Staff meeting attendance and participation.

Participation in the regular Staff Bible Reading Group.

Participation in the weekly Commune, Community and Mission rhythm of Re:Hope.

Fortnightly Coaching Sessions with one of the Facilitators.

Fortnightly development sessions.

One spiritual retreat.

A heart that is willing to hear from and follow the Re:Hope church leadership.

Lead a Bible Reading Group.

Active in Mission (Advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ).
